Product Feature

  • Breaks up and cleans polish, wax, and sealant residue from your micro fiber cloths and foam pads
  • Add 2 - 4 ounces to your washing machine when you launder micro fiber cloths
  • Soak foam pads and rinse to thoroughly remove polish granules, and wax and sealant residue
  • Leaves pads and towels clean for the next job

Product Description

Over time, micro fiber towels collect and hold on to wax residue, polishes, Speed Shine, Spray-On Wax and other detail products that can decrease their effectiveness. You'll also notice your towels won't absorb as well and aren't as soft as they used to be. Micro fiber and foam pad cleaner releases and removes these residues to restore your towels to their original effectiveness. Add 2-4 ounces when you launder your micro fiber towels and cloths (wash separately from other laundry). To clean your pads, spray the cleaner on the pad, let it soak in and then rinse with warm water. The best way to preserve your micro fiber detailing cloths and foam applicator pads.

does a great job cleaning and refreshing the pads and microfiber towels. Make sure to use hot water and no fabric softener! If really soiled add a cup of white vinegar to the wash

5great stuff

i had found out through research that i was washing my MF towels the wrong way with just regular laundry detergent. i came across this to test out and all i can say is im impressed. a few MF towels had been used to clean the wheels of my car and were heavily soiled. i followed the directions and this worked better than expected. i would say about 85% of the heavily soiled towels were restored, which was more than the previous washes without the cleaner has done. i would recommend using a larger water setting than your actual load. for example if you have a small load of MF towels set the washed to medium. use hot water to wash, cold to rinse, and i used low heat. the towels came out great. will buy again.

4It cleans like it should
By Sweengolly
I decided to go crazy detailing my "Carbon" colored BMW (nearly black). Used lots of pads and got tired of trying to wash the ones that had non-water soluable products on them. This cleaned them efficiantly and quickly. Don't need but a squirt. Smelled a little like alcohol...so maybe I could've just made it myself? I tried using it in the washing machine to clean the microfiber towels I used too. Worked perfectly as does most of the stuff at Griot's Garage.
Did I mention I hate cleaning polishing pads?
